    Heated stones "melt" muscle tension.  Hot stones are stragetically placed over areas of tension and incorporated into the massage techniques.  Benefits include deep relaxation, dissolution of scar tissue, improved circulation which may speed healing and reduce swelling from injury, daily stress relief and muscle toning.

  • Thai Reflexology

    Thai Reflexology is a treatment of the lower legs and feet that involves a Thai method of warming the feet, use of a wooden Reflex stick with rounded ends to stimulate points and lower leg massage techniques that stimulate the Sen Sib (Energy Lines). By stimulating the pressure points in the feet it encourages the mind and body to restore balance.

    Thai Reflexology is usually given while the client is fully clothed, with the exception of bare feet.
  • Auto Injury/Worker's Comp Claim

    Whether auto accident, personal injury or worker's comp, massage therapy services can be directly paid through most insurances. A doctor’s referral (including the diagnosis codes and claim #) on their letterhead or this Physician Referral Form stating the Dr. is recommending you to have your soft tissue worked on is required. Please call to discuss, I am willing to investigate whether I can get your claim paid or not. If your claim is not paid, you are responsible for the bill.

  • Swedish Massage

    A treatment designed to energize or relax the body.  Gentle, flowing massage strokes are used to manipulate the soft tissues of the body.  Benefits include relaxation, dissolution of scar tissue, improved circulation which may speed healing and reduce swelling from injury, daily stress relief and muscle toning.
  • Deep Tissue Massage

    This treatment uses Neuromuscular Technique with Trigger Point Therapy to help alleviate muscle tension and pain.  Benefits include reduction of pain and symptoms of back conditions, headaches and other body constraints.
  • Neuromuscular Technique

    This massage is highly effective for plantar fasciaitis, low lumbar pain, symptoms of sciatica, ankle edema, golfers elbow, frozen shoulder, thoracic outlet syndrome, tension headaches, carpel tunnel symptoms, neck and shoulder pain, repetitive use injuries in the hips, legs, shoulders, hands and forearms.  After three consecutive sessions, symptoms are often much relieved.
  • Lymphatic Drainage Massage

    This is a gentle, non-invasive manual technique that has a powerful effect on the body. The skin is stretched and torqued in a specific manner, based on scientific, physiological principles that have proven to encourage lymph flow.  Lymphatic Drainage Massage can greatly enhance recovery and facilitate drainage.  It also has profound effects on systems in the body.

    A soft touch is used to release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system. CST is typically used as a preventive therapy to increase the body’s immune response.
